NFL Predictions Wildcard Weekend 2015

WILD CARD WEEKEND 2015

Regular season record: 142-98 [0.591]

Cardinals @ Panthers
Panthers - on paper the better team is the Panthers, without a doubt. They have consistently scored higher, rushed for more yards and held possession better than the Cardinals. Arizona meanwhile have struggled with three losses in their last five games in a season that has been mired with injuries.

Ravens @ Steelers
Steelers - Pittsburgh have the better options when it comes to offence and that's really where it counts. I'd be surprised if the Ravens mounted a decent assault without suffering from their problems in the secondary. While the Baltimore run game has been alright all season, the lack of Ray Rice will undoubtedly be one of the questions raised postgame. With the Steelers getting better week on week, it's tough to see them losing at home.

Bengals @ Colts
Colts - I think there'd be real concern if we were talking any other kind of predictions here. The Colts have outperformed their neighbours in Cincinnati consistently throughout the year. In the epic battle that will be Dalton vs Luck, there can only be one winner.

Lions @ Cowboys
Cowboys - it's tough for me to say this but I think the Cowboys have a decent shot at this game, especially at home. Detroit might have a decent defence but it has been troubled with Suh's footsteps on Aaron Rodgers last week. DeMarco Murray facing that defence will be a spectacular show.
